LCA2011 Miniconf

The II Multicore and Parallel Computing miniconf (part of LCA2011) was held in Brisbane, Australia on January 25, 2011.

Presenters included Dr. Vint Cerf, Google Chief Internet Evangelist and VP of Engineering, known as the “Father of the Internet” and Dr. Paul McKenney, Linux CTO of IBM. An audience of ~200 people that included Linus Torvalds (creator of Linux) and Dirk Hohndel (Chief Open Source Technologist of Intel) followed the full day presentations that could be found here
